After this hilly part the line arrives on the flatlands of the Sajó valley, crosses road 26, combines with the electrified freight line from the Borsodi Érckészítő Mű (Borsod Ore Works - this end of the line has been removed, the factory can now only be served from the direction of Miskolc-Repülőtér junction).
