The V43 2254 at Budapest Nyugati station

The best train to depart with for a photo trip to Nógrád is the 5:41 slow train to Szob over Vác, but before boarding that, I took a night shot of this quite unremarkable locomotive, simply because those days V43s started to get repainted so that there was no black box used around their road numbers. Nowadays this is an old style as well (good, or, bad news for modellers), and the class 432 is used for the V43.2000 series.
