The DB AG 101 138-6 seen at Olching

I travelled a stop back towards München so that the noise reduction walls do not reduce my view of the freight trains. But first an InterCity train arrived, hauled by the DB AG class 101, an AdTranz manufactured locomotive that served as the basis for the TRAXX locomotive family after the company's aquisition by Bombardier. I believe none of the later locomotives could compete with the beautiful aesthetics of the 220 kph locomotive.
