The DB AG 120 133-4 seen at München-Pasing
The class 120 was the first asynchronous drive locomotive of the Deutsche Bundesbahn. It could achieve 200 kph with only four axles. Nowadays it seldom takes part in revenue-earning of DB Fernverkehr, this train was also a move between yards. It's technology was the basis for the upcoming InterCityExpress trains. Even though this is my first German travelogue (and not a big or important one at it), I already have a number of ICE photos from previous trips, mostly from outside Germany:
