The Bzmot 334 at Balassagyarmat station
The photo from this direction is much better.
We departed punctually, which is godd, as it started to become very cold. We waited twice for about twenty minutes for the other trains, once at Magyarnándor and once at Acsa-Erdőkürt stations. Those trains had been late because of the transfers and the delays on the main line caused by frozen points. There was a tree we had to remove from the track, and at Acsa we had to refill the coolant.
The Bz proved that despite his size he’s a real train: they said we sometimes bombed through higher snowhills.
