Makó station
Makó is best know from its superb onion, but no produce is loaded in railway cars anymore. Nor anything else: the station South of the town doesn't accept goods anymore (stupid regulation). The town has a railway stop to the East and to the North too: the stops of the Budapest-Szentes-Makó mainline. A part of this line is cosing by December, the Makó-Hódmezővásárhely section, which is in very bad condition.
