This was the last, unique livery Brejlovac locomotives wore in Slovakia, and a variant was rather popular in the Czech Republic as well. This locomotive currently runs in a historical, all dark red livery , and the rest of the original liveries are replaced by the uniform Blonsky. Class 754s usually run nowadays on the Zvolen to Košice route while North of Zvolen, to Žilina and Margecany the remotorised 757s are the usual rolling stock. A brand new, plastic body locomotives is planned by ŽOS Zvolen as the newest Brejlovac version.
