The probably best-known Slovakian fast train, the Horehronec is crossing Low Tatras between Ágostonlak (Závadka nad Hrnom) and Helpa (Hel'pa). When I took this photo, the train was scheduled to run between Brno and Košice, but from this year the Horehronec only runs between Zvolen and Margecany, with a direct connection to Košice. At the same time, some Košice to Zvolen fast trains over Lucenec were lengthened to Bratislava.
