The RhB Ge 4/4^II 616 between Waltensburg/Vuorz and Rueun stations

Each valley has its unique characteristics and the Surselva is a gentle region. There are only a few rocky surfaces, some here, and of course most of them in the Ruinaulta. In most of its length along the Rhätische Bahn the Vorderrhein is not really dropping, the line between Reichenau-Tamins and Trun has a maximum grade of 1,6%. Because of our problems with the Sun we had to choose this site for catching the Alpine Classic Pullman Express, but that was coming a few hours later. In the meantime we took a photo of whatever came.
