Bergün is the German, Bravuogn is the Romansch name, while Madruns is a made-up name they used in a soap opera filmed in Bergün some twenty years ago. The series brought fame to Bergün so they used the station name as a tourist attraction. Unfortunately now after the reconstruction of the station and the opening of the Albulabahnmuseum the Madruns sign is missing.
