The text says that releasing the brakes of the wagons being loaded here, moving them, or removing the trunk that prevents the cars from rolling away is prohibited, however, railroad takes no responsibility for accidents or damage caused by unathorized moving of the cars. Since the station isn’t guarded, it practically means: keep your goods here, and watch, what will happen!
