The entrance of the Visonta open pit coal mine

After succesffuly mistaking Karácsond stop as Ludas station (there’s in fact quite a difference between a twelfe-track station and a two-platform stop but I didn’t get it) it’s a miracle we could get to the Visonta open pit coal mine. Of course, trespassing is prohibited, but we came here to see one of the last coal mines in Hungary, which is the Iron Maiden of coal mining at the same time.
