The lowest level

I couldn’t get closer, but wha you can almos see in this picture is a machine that’s uniqe in all Europe: it exploits the spoil on the left side, and without intermedier storage or conveyor belts it drops ot down on the other side of the pit. The construction is 315 metres long and can move and deploy an enormous 1500-1800 cubic metres of spoil an hour.
