Welcome at Mezõgecse

The mayor greets us himself as the village’s only chance is tourism. Previously the most important member of the kolhoz (farmers’ co-operative in which every village was forced in by the kommunist governement) Gecse could be a great agricultural village now, but after 1992 they were left without any machines or an acre of land.
