The UZ ER2 638 seen at Volovets

In 2016, after seven years of being shut down, the Uzhhorod Children's Railway reopened, and since we only had a photo of the train closed at the station from before we immediately decided to pay a visit in fear of it being closed down again. Luckily the trains run ever since and with great success, even though the tracks had to withstand a small flood too. The two-day trip was extended to the pass on the main line to Kiiv and Lviv in the Volovets area.
