The PKP Ty42 107 seen between Mszana Dolna and Kasina Wielka

We have finally arrived at our destination, Parowozjada 2018, in the area of Chabówka, the Skansen Taboru Kolejowego w Chabówce railway museum. When discussing Polish steam locomotives , most people will think about Wolsztyn, which is an every day use steam locomotive workshop, while Chabówka, operated by PKP Cargo houses a large number of locomotives at display and just a few operable units. During the weekend of the parade however, additional Polish and foreign steamers are present and some of them will make chartered excursions in the area.
