Bombardier-made metro train No. 202 at Helsinki’s Kajsaniemi station

This new train follows finnish customs to be consisting of two-car units with driver’s cab at both ends. These units can be arranged in two-car, four-car and six-car trains. This summer two-car trains run every eight minutes to the Vuosaari branch with the possibility to change to a separate, short shuttle train to Mellunmäki. This way, instead of two full lines running every sixteen minutes one can get to both branches every eight minutes though to Myllypuro with the need to switch trains.
